Taken 2 To Start Filming In October

While it's been rumoured for quite some time nothing concrete has been mentioned about if or indeed when Taken 2 will finally start filming.

Well wait no more because straight from Luc Besson (producer) himself comes the news that it all kicks off in October. Yay.

I only found out today (thanks empireonline!) that Liam Neeson wasn't always odds on the reprise the role of Bryan Mills. Nightmare. Other names were sounded out which included Sean Bean, Mickey Rourke, Ralph Fiennes, Ray Winstone and Jason Isaacs. Although all solid stars there's nothing like getting the original actor back.

No story details have emerged as yet but all the original cast members appear to have signed on so it's going to be interesting to see where they go this time. More kidnapping? Mills out of retirement? Who knows but when I hear more it'll be posted.
