It really looks like they've captured the feel of the film and transferred it into the cartoon, it also helps that they've managed to get the entire original cast back. Although Uncle Rico is worryingly silent.
We're big fans of the film in our house, its usually put on whenever its on TV and is always close to hand on Blu-Ray. It's one of those films that continues to be funny after repeated watches, which is very rare these days.
If you've not seen the film yet I highly recommend you grab a copy and give it a watch. Its a very surreal adventure and not to everyone's taste but credit to the film-makers for making a different type of comedy.
