Cameron Crowe needs to bounce back after Elizabethtown. That's pretty much the opinion of most people who saw that movie. So to start with he's got a Pearl Jam documentary in the works. Excellent. And he's got We Bought A Zoo. Oh.
I was interested in seeing what the look and feel of this would be and after seeing the first trailer I'm disappointed.
This all seems so sickly sweet, crammed with cliché's and ..... and just too damn nice.
Seriously, I know we all grow old and become more affectionate towards families and morals, but really? Is this really the project Crowe thought would reign his fans back in.
There has to be more to the film than the trailer perceives, If the trailer is a true reflection on what is on offer here, well, many people will be on a very boring ride.
Check out the trailer to see what I mean.
