I'd not heard anything about this until today, and though the plot maybe wafer thin at the moment, the cast is one of the best I've seen in a long while.
Check dis out Yo, Christoper Walken (Zeus), Edie Falco (Artemis), John Turturro (Hades), Oliver Platt (Apollo), Sharon Stone (Aphrodite), Rosie Perez (Persephone), Gideon Glick (Eros), Henry Zebrowski (Hermes) and Nelsan Ellis (Dionysus).
And I'm not done there, Alicia Silverstone and Ebon Moss-Bachrach make up the excellent cast list. Told you it was good right!
The story finds a young couple (Silverstone and Moss-Bachrach) who discover a dysfunctional family of down-on-their-luck deities squabbling and fighting and trying to figure out how to function in a time when they’re no longer quite as powerful as they once were.
See, told you the story doesn't sound too great, but with all these great actors attached I'm expecting a clever film. Will keep my beady eye on this one.
